Pageantry Homes, the first of Pageantry Companies was founded in 1991 in Nevada and moved into the Puget Sound region in 1999 with our first community Premier, in the Master Planned Community of Silver Creek in Puyallup. In 2005 we broke gound in Phoenix, Arizona.

We have Superintendents at each of our communities who report to a division construction manager.  This team is also supported by a full time customer service department to take care of our buyers before AND after each home closes. 

Each subcontractor that Pageantry works with is carefully chosen by our Purchasing Department.  These trade partners work closely with us to deliver high quality homes at the most affordable prices. 

Pageantry Homes offers a one year fit-and-finish warranty and a 6-year warranty against construction defects.  To submit a warranty request, please complete the warranty service request form.
